Two days ago my Versa 4 froze up completely while syncing with my phone app. I restarted my Verss, but it wouldn’t turn back on. I ended up changing clock faces to bring it back - but now it won’t track my sleep at all. For 2 days, nothing. I’m so disappointed in this useless device. Nothing but problems every day! This issue is just the latest one since I updated to Versa 4 just 3 months ago! It’s been a HUGE WASTE of money and one of the biggest purchase regrets I’ve ever made.

Very sad to hear about your initial experiences with your new device. As you've mentioned to having had even several issues with you Versa 4, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get a replacement as it might be a defective unit:
