Versa 4 battery draining quickly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got my Versa 4, five days ago; and I fully charged when I got the watch on the first day. When I got a notification at 30% saying low battery, I went to charge my watch. There were no vibration, no signs that it is charging... just a blank screen. The watch doesn't even turn on at this moment if I remove it from charging. Additionally, I gave the bottom of my watch a cleaning also in case that was the issue. What could be wrong with it?

Hi @Missveeveeon -  your post about the Versa 3 has been moved that forum.

The charging cable can be faulty which is a bit soon but check here just in case How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

As it is new and if the cable is faulty you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support to get a replacement one.

So I just looked at the link you sent, and all charger ports seems to work fine. I tried restarting my watch and I see the fit bit icon flash and then a big red cross appeared.

Turns out that the watch might have been too dead, but it is actually charger, but there is no charging icon sign at all! I was not aware that at 30% that the watch would be deemed super low on battery...
