Strap leaves burns on my arm

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4' strap. But there's nothing to worry about. This may happen if you're wearing your device while having sweat for a while. To me this happens sometimes having slept over night at high summer temperatures. I then clean my device in the morning and put it aside for half an hour, sometimes putting it on the charger for that time.

I changed to the soft strap 'Hook & Loop Bands'.
