Suica recharge issues

I registered a Fitbit account using gmail, but not logged in using google. On May 24, I added the Japanese transportation card SUICA to Versa4 from the Fitbit APP (set region:Japan), and successfully added 5,000 yen through Gpay, but then Trying to recharge on June 7th and 8th failed, with "Error. We're sorry there was a problem processing your request. Please contact Fitbit customer support."  I will be going to Japan soon. Has anyone encountered similar problems?

If you see an error message when you try to add funds to Suica:

Make sure your phone has a strong internet connection and try again.

Make sure your Google Wallet account has a valid payment method and funds. For more information on using Google Wallet, see support.google.com. For more information, see How do I use Suica on my Fitbit device?
