The GPS on my Versa 4 is not working

My versa 4 have gray words on gps on my fitbit. I do reset for 10 second then not work. I try factory reset not working 😕 it's also not show up on my fitbit app map for Exercise no map.

Hi there, @Paulyd2021. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, for the troubleshooting steps you've tried, and for the image attached. I'm sorry to hear that the GPS on your Versa 4 is not working properly. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!

As per the image you shared, the GPS is turned off. To turn on the GPS for an exercise on your Versa 4: 

  1. Open the Exercise app and swipe to find the exercise you want to track.
  2. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the exercise settings.
  3. In the GPS section, tap the switch icon to turn on GPS.
  4. Swipe down to return to the exercise screen.
