I've just recently noticed an issue where the time on my watch should've been 12:15pm was at 9:15am instead. The App settings for timezone information was set automatically. I then manually set it to the correct timezone but the time doesn't change even after syncing. If I sync a timezone just before mine (GMT+2) it then works and sync to one hour behind. If I change it back to GMT+3 it then goes back to the original time which is a couple hours behind the correct time. This leads me to believe that there's some bug, I've also restarted my phone and watch but to no avail, entering specifically GMT+3 it doesn't work. I haven't test it with GMT+4 to see what happens but this behaviour is very weird since it gets the other timezones correct, at least those before my current time.
Is anyone able to replicate this?

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members. @Talahthas Thanks for your help!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and the time taken while troubleshooting your watches. I wanted to let you know that this issue was escalated and our team got it fixed.
I appreciate your patience and if you continue seeing the wrong time, I'd suggest opening the Fitbit app and pulling down on the Today screen to force a sync.

All in all this seems to be a problem with your internet access in general.
Have you tried restarting your router? Are you using VPN for your internet connection?
Best AnswerMy internet access is fine and I'm not using a VPN. I think some NTP server somewhere is giving incorrect timezones because my watch, laptop and desktop all had the wrong time despite not being connected to the other. I'll give it some time to fix itself and see.
Best AnswerThis is a strange coincidence, my laptop and desktop time were incorrect due to a broken update with a package tzdata. More info here: https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/1fc5o2f/waybar_suddenly_has_the_wrong_time/
I'm not sure how it relates to fitbit but just pointing it out.
Best AnswerAfter doing further research, it seems multiple projects have been affected by this bug and it's plausible fitbit is too. Hopefully this can be fixed in due time as it's really annoying.

Hi. My watch change the time automatically, I sew in the Fitbit app, and check my locación, is correct , I sync the watch , but Still is the same. I set the location to a city in a different time zone - Sync, change the time, but when I set tot to the correct location and Sync again., doesn't work!!!
One of the two should fix your time.
Best AnswerDon't know how but the time on my watch changed. I did everything from switching on and off the app as well as the watch. Changed the time zone on the app and synced it. Turned the bluetooth on and off and then synced again. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app yet can't get the correct time on my watch.
People that have Sense 2 devices are having the same issue. Ure not alone!
