My versa 4 shows GMT time (5hrs30mins too slow) for India (kolkata) time. Would anyone be able to help me fix this? I tried restarting, factory resetting, and changing to other times on the app. Please, any help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, and a warm welcome to our new members.
Thanks for the details and screenshots provided, as well as your efforts while working on this matter. I want to let you know that this issue was escalated to our team and they got it resolved to all our members.
I appreciate your patience and if you continue seeing the wrong time, I'd suggest opening the Fitbit app and pulling down on the Today screen to force a sync.
Best AnswerSame here in Malaysia. My fibit is 8 hrs behind.
Best AnswerHey! I've been facing the same issue too. I think this is just for a few Asian countries. I tried setting the time for a few citites in America and Europe they work perfectly fine, just for India, Dhaka, Karachi, and few other other countries east wards this issue exists.
Restarted my phone, my watch. Unpaired an paired it again. Nope, still the same. I feel its a Fitbit firmware issue. They need to release a new update to rectify this
Best AnswerSame thing too! I am from Singapore. It keeps reflecting phone location ad United Kingdon. Can't seem to fix the problem. I too re-sync, reset too
Best AnswerManual update also is not working for the time issue
