Versa 4 is showing the incorrect time

My versa 4 shows GMT time (5hrs30mins too slow) for India (kolkata) time. Would anyone be able to help me fix this? I tried restarting, factory resetting, and changing to other times on the app. Please, any help would be appreciated.

Same here...at 7:37 pm India time, my Fitbit is showing 2.07 pm. How do I fix it

Hey! I've been facing the same issue too. I think this is just for a few Asian countries. I tried setting the time for a few citites in America and Europe they work perfectly fine, just for India, Dhaka, Karachi, and few other other countries east wards this issue exists.

Restarted my phone, my watch. Unpaired an paired it again. Nope, still the same. I feel its a Fitbit firmware issue. They need to release a new update to rectify this

Ya, I'm from Singapore. Been tried disconnect & re-pair the versa 4. But can't fix the problem 😔

Same thing too! I am from Singapore. It keeps reflecting phone location ad United Kingdon. Can't seem to fix the problem. I too re-sync， reset  too

Me too .I tried to reset my watch deleted all data tried everything but it
