Versa 4 is showing the incorrect time

My versa 4 shows GMT time (5hrs30mins too slow) for India (kolkata) time. Would anyone be able to help me fix this? I tried restarting, factory resetting, and changing to other times on the app. Please, any help would be appreciated.

i think fitbit has resolved the issue

I appreciate your patience and if you continue seeing the wrong time, I'd suggest opening the Fitbit app and pulling down on the Today screen to force a sync.

Ya , it got fixed last night and was relieved. Thought that maybe fitbit
has stopped , listening to all the news about fitbit .

Yes. At about 12.43 a.m. I woke up and saw that the time was correct.

Problem on floors count and calorie burn features are still there.
