My versa 4 shows GMT time (5hrs30mins too slow) for India (kolkata) time. Would anyone be able to help me fix this? I tried restarting, factory resetting, and changing to other times on the app. Please, any help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, and a warm welcome to our new members.
Thanks for the details and screenshots provided, as well as your efforts while working on this matter. I want to let you know that this issue was escalated to our team and they got it resolved to all our members.
I appreciate your patience and if you continue seeing the wrong time, I'd suggest opening the Fitbit app and pulling down on the Today screen to force a sync.
