Trails clock face doesn't update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have the trails clock face and whilst steps, distance and active zone minutes sync well, my sleep score, readiness score and stress score don't update at all on the clock face. It just stays blank. Does anyone know why this is or how to change it?

Hi @xtnces - the Versa 4 works differently; it has to sync properly in order for the data to be transmitted AND calculated, and sent back to the watch, if it is available, this takes some time and requires that the latest Fitbit App and firmware are installed to work best, or at all.

There are some conditions for the sleep to be recorded, and if not met may block the calculations.

Logout of the Fitbit App and log back in, click the Sleep tile and at the top click the link "why it matters" in What's Sleep Score for more information.

Restarting the watch and the phone may help eliminate any issues that may have crept in.

Hey,

I have the latest update and it calculates everything fine in the app, it just doesn't show on the clock face. It's very frustrating.

@xtnces  - when you swipe the watch face right, do you see steps, then and click on that, to see more information.

You can also push the button and select Today from the list of apps.

Does that give you the information summary you are looking for?

Did you also visit Settings for the clock face in the Gallery tile and choose what you want to see?

When I do that I can see information for everything but readiness, sleep and stress. But I have these scores on the app, they're just not syncing to the device.

And yes I've gone to settings and selected what I want there. It came up on the first day I chose the clock face, but since then, it hasn't worked.

@xtnces  - thanks, have you tried to restart the watch, just in case there is a temporary issue? Also logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window, in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone too.

If this doesn't resolve it can you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
