Unable to edit an existing activity

Could you please give me more information about what do you refer with valid activity list?

When I bring up a valid exercise, i.e. walk and hit the Edit Exercise icon, I could then correct or edit the Activity listed. In the Activity box as you start to enter or update an Activity it would provide a list of valid activities. It no longer does and when you try to put a past activity that was a valid activity, i.e. mowing lawn. It states invalid activity and no longer gives you a list of valid activities.

Existing activities can't longer be edited. That's why you don't get a list of valid activities.

Why and when did this change take affect?

Andrea answer of "Existing activities can't longer be edited. That's why you don't get a list of valid activities" was completely wrong. As this function is now working as originally designed!!
