I get SpO2 app not installed error. I've checked and it is installed and always has been. I have reset my watch, fitbit and phone with no help. This issue started as intermittent whereas my sleep data would show 4 metrics instead of 5, missing spo2. I would check after another sync and spo2 returned with an update. But now it no longer is listed as 1 of my sleep metrics. Any ideas?

Hi there, @Drtisa. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the SpO2 has stopped working. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, would you mind replying to the following questions?
1. Is SpO2 data showing in the mobile app ONLY or on device?Confirm if SpO2 data is showing in the mobile app ONLY or on device.
2. Are you seeing the "Install SpO2" on your health metrics dashboard?
3. Have you confirmed that SpO2 is supported in your country?
Additionally, I'd recommend trying the steps below:
1. Restart your Fitbit device once again.
2. Turn the Bluetooth off.
3. Force stop the Fitbit app.
4. Uninstall both the SpO2 and the Fitbit app.
