Unable to turn on GPS toggle button

The GPS toggle button under all the exercises is faded out & I’m unable to turn it on. I’ve enabled locations, updated the app, restarted my Fitbit & nothing works. I went to the Fitbit app settings & under the excercises it says GPS will not be turned on. Any suggestions on what I can do to get it working?

Could you be so kind please to share a picture or screenshot regarding what you see on the app when trying to turn the GPS on.

Says GPS will not be turned on. I don’t know how to allow the gps to be turned on. It just stopped mapping for some reason. 

 hard to see but the GPS toggle is faded & I’m unable to toggle it on.
