@Katts1807 The update added Status Indicators and that one says your Fitbit isn't connected to your phone. Your phone is out of range, your Fitbit app is closed, things like that. The others are your Don Not Disturb is on, you are in Sleep Mode, or your Fitbit battery is critically low. You can see an image here: 9to5google You can disable this feature by swiping down on your screen and by tapping on your Settings icon. Tap on Display and scroll down to Status indicators and toggle it off. It is all or none. You can't turn off individual notifications.

Exact same issue here. So my fitbit constantly says my phone is out of reach while I have them both right here.
i restarted the fitbit/phone, then re-installed the fitbit app. Stays the same
this started after the last update

Same. Performed update and my phone stopped working the same week. Tried to undo the update. Fitbit service said, “Sorry. Your device is damaged. We’ll give you a percentage of a new one.” This isn’t the first time this has happened. I fell for it a couple of times. Won’t buy another Fitbit/Google product.

I’m having the same issue since the most recent update that I did on Saturday. Then 2 days after the update as soon as I take my Versa 4 off the charger it shuts down and won’t turn back on until I put it back on the charger. While on the charger both the app and the watch say it’s 100% charged. I tried a factory reset. Uninstalling the watch and reinstalling it. I’m beyond frustrated. It was perfectly fine before the update.
