Versa 4 After Update to Version 20001.210.26

I was notified by the app that I had an update (to the version shown above) on August19, 2024, so I updated it. The results were:

- No changes in Sleep Stages (for Light sleep, REM sleep, Deep sleep), just flat bars showing when I was asleep; and

- Very laggy performance in the reporting of steps taken. I awoke at 7:40am Central time, and, in the nearly eight hours I've been awake, the only way I can get my stepcount to sync is by closing the app, waiting 30 seconds to one minute, and then reopening the app. I tried to sync to get my steps to update by swiping down from the top of my app screen, and the only way I've gotten the app to sync with the Versa 4 tracker was to close the app entirely.

I'm not the type to complain about things, but I actually looked forward to the updates that might come from Fitbit's acquisition by Google. Now, I wonder if my loyalty to Fitbit products (I joined Fitbit in 2017) has been abused. Other trackers will get more consideration from me the next time my Versa 4 fails.
