I am having the same issue. I've tried everything that troubleshooting has said. I keep getting the set-up device screen on my phone, but when I get to the verification code all I have is a black screen on my device.

Best AnswerMy versa 4 screen is black for days now, I cannot use it at all. I even bought another charger thinking the original one is broken, but after charging it with the new charger it still won't turn on. Not sure what to do?????
