Hi everyone, I bought mine a couple of months ago and everything works well except for one issue: call audio on the watch. Whenever I take calls, the other person has trouble hearing me, even though I can hear them perfectly. The microphone is enabled, and sometimes they can hear me, but it’s very inconsistent, even when I speak louder, move closer, or keep my phone right next to me. It really feels like a microphone problem.
I love the features and think they’re absolutely worth it, but if the watch can’t be reliably used for calls, I’m starting to question its usefulness and may need to look at other options.

Hi @parahvars, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the inconsistencies with the microphone while taking on-wrist calls on your Versa 4. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
The device's behavior you decribe makes me believe it's a hardware issue, but we can't discard the fact it can be a software issue as well. This being said, a restart should resolve a software level issue.
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
