Versa 4 - Clock face

My Versa 4 will not show the clock face no matter how I set it, when I go through all the steps and reset all the settings, when I try to check the time another screen pops up and I can't get the clockface to come back on. all the other screens come up except the clock. When I set the display brightness, always on or off mode, and motion or button mode the settings are always off when I go back in to reset them they change on their own.

I am constantly having to go through all the steps , this is getting old

Thank you

Hi @gmc11352 - this is a common problem where the Quick Settings have a mind of their own, that a factory reset may resolve.

Will I lose all of my information by doing a factory reset?

@gmc11352 - your data is saved on the servers but you should sync your today's data first so it gets uploaded too.

Okay I will try that

That did not solve the issue, now it will not charge at all! checked the contacts as suggested, cannot get watch to get past the first screen where you set the language, and screen goes blank after five seconds. will not stay on the same screen long enough to make any adjustments.

I am at a loss now, If returning it is not an option, then I will have to look at purchasing another product from another manufacturer. This watch is no where near as dependable as my old sense 3

Please advise

@gmc11352- sorry the factory reset didn't go smoothly.

However the steps to perform after the factory reset is to remove the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone and restart both watch and phone and then in the Fitbit App click on the battery icon and Add more devices and replace to get it reinstalled. This should work.

It may still be charging, but if not try a PC as the power source and note the PC connection sounds. This will allow you to know if it is connected to the charger. The cable may be faulty but that is a bit of a coincidence.
