I just upgraded to the Versa 4 from the Versa 3. I had been using the new snore detection feature with the Versa 3, but the option disappeared when I connected my Versa 4. This new feature was the ONLY reason I upgraded to the premium Fitbit subscription as I had tried it previously for a few months and did not get anything additional that was useful to me. After three calls to the support line, I finally discovered that the Versa 4 does not support this feature even though it was available in the Versa 3. wtf? If this doesn't get added back before the free trial on my premium subscription ends, I'll cancel my subscription. I'm very disappointed as this was a feature that I was using regularly to evaluate whether I need to be concerned about excessive snoring.

Hi @rboudra - did you resolve this? If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.
A Versa 3 will give you back the Snore detection and some of the features missing on the Versa 4 and is currently cheaper.

I upgraded to Versa 4 also for the snoreing detection. Im having difficulty getting it even though I have Premium. Does it work for Premium?

Hi @blessedbbrenda2 - snore detection is not available on the Versa 4.
