Please can someone help!! I’ve had my Versa 4 since Christmas and the GPS has never worked!
I feel like I have tried all the options that are suggested when you google it…restart the watch, update the app, re-download etc.
What else can I do? I bought a 4 for the built in feature but it’s been useless! May just got back to my Versa 2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻!!

Sad to hear that you're having issues using GPS on your Versa 4. There are quite a few possible reasons for this. So, before we go into details, please have a closer look here to see what might apply to you:

I'd like to point out that you have to start an exercise manually to get your device using GPS while tracking that exercise. There's no way using GPS for Fitbit Auto-Track.

There has been a lot of solar activity lately that affects GPS. I would go outside…open the exercise app on the watch…choose an excercise that normally uses GPS like bike or running…scroll down to ensure that GPS is turned on…and wait a couple of minutes to see if it connects. Once it connects the first time it is quicker to connect the next time.
