I've had my Versa 4 for a few months now. Lately, every time I move my wrist during the day, it vibrates and tells me "to pay, double press the side button and select payments". This has been happening a minimum of a 15 times a day for the last week. I'm to the point of throwing it across the room. Anyone else experiencing this? If so, is there a remedy? Thanks.

Hi @31Charles - this is probably because long press is assigned to Pay.
Go into the watch Settings and turn off long press. Pull down the watch face, click Settings, Shortcut and turn off. See How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
It will continue to vibrate on long press though but won't take any action.

Best AnswerThe "to pay, double press.." alert keeps showing up for me just in the last two days many times a day. I tried shutting down/restarting my FitBit, deactivating FitBit pay, turning off the long press short cut, and changing it so my watch only responds when the button is pushed, not via motion, but this alert keeps coming up. It's really frustrating!
Best AnswerI stopped wearing mine for 2 or 3 days. Left it on the table. Decided to put it back on for sleep tracking. Magically, my previous reported issue resolved itself. It hasn't prompted me since I put it back on. Maybe it could work for you?

Thanks! I contacted Fitbit support through chat and they suggested changing my clock face, which I did. That seems to be working for now.

Update: this still pops up all the time and nothing I do seems to make it stop
