My step count for the hourly activity is stuck on 77 steps for my fifth hr, by now I should be on my 8th hr. Anyone know what the problem is . Will not sync either.

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. I'd suggest restarting your device by holding it's side button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
