Versa 4 - Not syncing workouts

My Versa 4 this past few weeks will not sync all my workouts. 

I have tried updating the app and switching Bluetooth on and off and disconnecting from the Bluetooth.

the watch is recording the workouts but they are just not showing up on my Fitbit app? Any Help?
