When I first started using my Versa 4 to make contactless payments with Google wallet, I only had to enter my pin each 24 hours or after watch removal. In the last 45 days I have to enter pin every time I make a payment. I ride public transport, shop at many stores some days and doing it every hour or so is so disruptive.
The device lock is set ONLY for Google wallet use.
Help please.

I've just checked that with my Versa 4. I have to enter my PIN every time after I've removed it from my wrist to unlock it again. So this seems to be normal behavior. Please try if restarting your device will get things fixed. Before doing so, please sync your device to not loose any data. Then press and hold it's button until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

Thanks for your reply. This happens even when I do NOT remove my Versa4. I have tried the rest numerous times to no end. Anyone else got an idea, please?
