Versa 4 Screen Turns off or stutters

Just got my new Vresa 4 to replace my Versa lite because it wouldn't hold a charge.  I'm incredibly frustrated with the screen on the 4. I charged it to 100% before I did anything. The screen goes blank even when I'm in the middle of adjusting my settings. I have it set for 15 seconds but goes blank before that or it stutters. For example I'll be scrolling up or down and it goes to the top or bottom really fast and won't let me select an option in the middle. I tried setting an alarm for Monday thru Friday but it wouldn't let me select those days. I would click on Monday and all days would keep flashing between checked and unchecked. I gave up and did a factory reset but continue to have the same issues. I'm thinking the screen is bad but not sure what to do. I miss my Versa Lite, it was a 1000% easier to use.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your new Versa 4. Thanks for having taken taken the time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
