Hi all, 

my versa 4 worked just fine until I forgot to take it off before I applied spray sunscreen on my arm. 
if I hold the main button down I feel a short vibration but it won’t turn off or show anything on the screen.

As a first recommendation I can suggest you to try to clean your Versa 4 like indicated in this article: How do I clean my Fitbit device?
