Versa 4 Stats

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a brand new Vera 4 purchased mainly for stats when running. After a run the stats sometimes show splits per kilometer (which I need) and at other times it does not show the splits. Does anyone know why this is? I guess its something to do with settings but I cannot figure it out.

@jimsut16 Hey there, when you start your run, are you always starting it from the device or do you allow it to pick the run up on its own?

Hi Heather,

I always start it from the device.

Thanks, Jim.

@jimsut16 I assume this is what you are looking for? And you aren’t seeing this consistently with all GPS-connected runs?

Hi Kevin,

Have not had any new information yet although one lady is

I'll keep you updated if I hear anything new.

Thanks, Jim.

@jimsut16 I find the exercise details really slow to populate. I just pulled up a walk and it took at least 30 seconds for those splits to show. Have you tried waiting 30-45 seconds to see if it will eventually load in the exercise details?

@jimsut16 That is very weird. I am getting the splits consistently on all my outdoor walks/runs. What phone/OS are you using? Is your Fitbit app up-to-date?

@jimsut16 One other thing to check... when the Versa 4 comes in the box, I believe the GPS is turned off for activities like Run or Walk, when you tap on the Run exercise on your watch, swipe up and scroll to the bottom where you'll see GPS. Make sure that is switched on.

@jimsut16 One last thing to try... you can enable laps to your walk or run, however, I am getting the splits without having this feature turned on. Here are the instructions to turn on auto lap counting, perhaps this will help, but like I said, mine works for me without it, but I'm desperate to find you a solution!

Thanks Heather.

The splits have shown on my most recent runs. I have a feeling it may be something to do with how I start the exercise on the device. That's something you had mentioned to me previously. I'll try to keep this consistent and see how it goes. I'll keep you updated.

Thanks again for your help.

Jim.
