Versa 4 Touch screen have fell off

I was wearing the watch was being rough wasn't doing anything with it and then the next time I look my screen is hanging off where is completely detached itself and my touch screen itself is not responding to anything no matter if I tap swipe do anything to it it's no longer responding it was working just fine this is new incident to me so does anybody else have this problem if it's big charge outrageous just to fix a stupid problem I'm staying away from Fitbit this is annoying I'm not going to come back every couple years or so cause a screen fell off I do not recommend getting the versa 4
