If you haven't done so, please update the Fitbit app to the current version (3.87) .
This should solve the situation with the transcription error.
If so, I would really appreciate it if you could confirm this here.

My smartphone and my smartwatch are both in the same language
My smartphone is Android (Pixel 6 Pro)
So it can be a server error, and not a problem due to my unit.
Yesterday I contacted support, they said they are working to fix it. Has anyone else contacted them?

Have you tried contacting an operator by message? They answered me right away, after about a minute

Ich hab das Problem.
Wenn ich eine sprachaufzeichnung machen möchte per versa 3 dann geht das nicht mehr.
Ich verstehe absoult nicht wieso.. Diese uhr kostet 200€ sowas darf nicht passieren. !

Just chiming in to let you know that this issue is also affecting Sense smart watches as well as Versa 4. For me the problem started after migrating my account login from Fitbit to Google.
Oh perfect, thanks for the clarification. I didn't know this because the Versa is a product I recently purchased, so I logged in with my Google account right away. Probably in the company transition, they didn't integrate all the functions. I hope they get it done as soon as possible as they promised.
