I previously had Alexa working on my Versa 4 and was able to control Alexa devices in my home, but noticed recently that it was no longer connected. I tried multiple times to set it up again, but it would always display "Not connected" under Amazon Alexa in the "Smart Features" option in the Fitbit app. When launching Alexa on the Versa 4, it would ask me to complete the "Set up Alexa" process in the app.. After hours of troubleshooting, I found that it doesn't allow me to log into my Canadian Amazon account. Is this a known issue, or is there something I need to do to restore Alexa functionality to my Versa 4?

Same problem i just opened an amazon.com account.

I do have an amazon.com account, and can log in with that, but that just brings me back to the original situation where it displays "Not connected" under Amazon Alexa in the "Smart Features" option in the Fitbit app. It was working originally, presumably with the US account, but it stopped recently as described in my original post. Should I be able to log into Amazon Alexa using my Canadian Amazon credentials?
