Hello

I just bought my 91 year old mom a Versa 4 Fit bit watch. She doesn't have email, nor does she know how to get into her iPhone . She just wants to use the watch portion. How can I set it up for just that?

Hi @ricks1219  sadly, no. The Fitbit must be set up with the phone and app in order to have the correct time. It actually needs to sync regularly to have the correct date and time. Without an email address, you can't set up a Fitbit or Google account for her, which is needed to set up the device. Do you live close enough to help her?
