Versa 4 - Weather is not working

Fitbit Weather isn’t working, I’ve already granted all the permissions in the location app, and when I sync the changes are not made. on my watch i see the message “open fitbit appyo sync weather” and when i click in open it takes me to the permissions again and all of them are on. I tried reseting both app and watch, i made sure the permission on my iphone are always on, and nothing seems to help.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some troubles with the weather on your Fitbit Versa 4. 

I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you already tried. 

Please try the following: 

  • Turn on all permissions. If all permissions are already enabled, turn off all permissions for a few seconds, then turn them on again.
  • Go back to the device settings and tap Sync now.
