I'm glad to help you with the issue you are experiencing while attempting to sync your Versa to the Fitbit app on your mobile device.

General syncing issues can be resolved by following the suggestions listed in our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Check them out and if the issue persist, you can share a few more details about the behavior of the connectivity so we can save some time as @DramaQueenDiva suggested.
