Versa 4 - Wrong time

Versa 4 not synched for time after update of my samsung mobile today.

@Sushmamathur have you tried restarting both your Fitbit and mobile device? That's usually the first troubleshooting step that I try.

Hi @Sushmamathur and welcome to the forums. 

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue regarding the time syncing of your Versa 4. 

Please verify that you are running the latest Fitbit app update and the latest firmware update on your Versa 4. 

You need at least Android 11, or iOS 16.4 and we are currently running the 4.55 version.
