Versa 4 and App have differing stats after syncing.

Phone is Google Pixel.  Watch was working from ne, recorded exercise.  App said I had 8 steps at noon. I have upgraded and synced.  Watch says I have 4224 steps and App has about 5000.  Any ideas?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the stats that appear after syncing your Versa 4 with your app.

Please confirm if you are using Mobile track. It is a service that allows you to count steps using your phone even if you forget to wear your Fitbit. You can "unpair" Mobile Track from your account. On your Fitbit app go to the upper left corner, on the phone and device icon. Click on your phone icon and on the 3 dots and choose "unpair".
