Versa 4 and Fitbit app won't show the same amount of steps

Just noticed my versa 4 is showing 6269 step count but the fitbit app on my phone is showing 6378. 

Have manually synced. Have deleted and reinstalled the app. Have shut the versa 4 down and rebooted - nothing is rectifying it.

Hi @SherylMarie - other than repetitive syncing there is nothing you can do to fix the discrepancy. see Unreliable step counting bug
