Versa 4 and Google Voice?

Hello, all.

I've asked the tech nerds at Google, but am doing my due diligence asking here too:

Is it possible to link the Versa 4 to a Google Voice number so I can get my call / text notifications? It'd be a shame if this watch "by Google" wasn't compatible with Google's own phone service, but the only option I see on the Fitbit app is to link my phone's default call / messaging apps (which I've replaced with Google Voice).

I used to own a Versa 2 (which was linked to a more traditional phone carrier) and was very much looking forward to using this feature on the 4, so I hope this is possible.

Thanks for your insights.

Just kidding, everyone! I figured it out:

  1. On the app, click on your device
  2. Scroll down to the General section and click "Notifications"
  3. Select "App Notifications"
  4. Choose "Voice"

It supports sending the quick replies I have set up. No word yet on how it handles calls or dictating custom texts, but I'm sure it'll be fine. 🙂
