My almost 18 month old Versa 4 was lasting about 5+ days on a charge. Now after charging it overnight it barely lasts 20 hrs. before needing a charge. Screen is not on all the time and soft/firm ware has been updated. What gives? Planned obsolescence?

This situation is definitely frustrating. While "planned obsolescence" is a common concern, this drastic change is usually due to battery degradation or software/feature issues.
