Versa 4 battery not charging

My versa 4 was fully charged last night but the battery died in 2 hours

Hi there, @Credit5954. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Versa 4 is draining quickly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend making sure that your phone's software version is updated. For more information, refer to Check & update your Android version or Update your iPhone or iPad

my versa 4 , less than a year old has suddenly started to drain the battery. I have tried all your suggestions, including turning off Bluetooth as well as deleting the alarms, notifications etc but to no avail. Please help

@Wanadoo Welcome on board. Thanks for following the tips and recommendations I've provided in my previous post. 

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa 4 and report that the battery is not lasting as expected, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
