I charged it - fully - now telling me 3% left - only after 4 hours. Sleep time recorded as saying I slept for 3 hours. While working out it stops keeping track. What is going on? How does this get corrected? Very frustrating.

Hi there, @SlimCat. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4. I understand how you must be feeling.
If your Versa 4 battery is not charging, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Regarding your sleep details, there are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:
For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
As for your exercise tracking, please note you might unintentionally press the button on your watch when you bend your wrist. This may happen during activities such as a workout that require you to move your wrist a lot. Try wearing your watch higher on your wrist to avoid hitting the button. For tips on how to wear your watch, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Thanks for the reply but none of this applies. The fitbit was fully charged - then went to 3%. Sleep was as usual - only recorded 3 hours and workout was usual...nothing changed except for the fitbit tracking. So, there is something wrong with software or the fitbit itself. Thanks for the reply and try to help.

This has happened to multiple users. It is totally normal, if it happens once in a while. It has happened to me as well. It shouldn’t happen again.
