Hello, I have recently purchased a new Versa 4 from Amazon. When I received it, I could switch it on and put it on to charge. I did not sync straight away as had my old one. The screen went blank, and I have been able to get anything. I assume it is fully charged as I have left charging for a long time and it seems to connect to the charging cable okay. When I press the button at the side it does vibrate and I have tried restarting as per all the other chats on here.
assuming I need a replacement, do I go via Amazon or can I do it direct on here. Any other tips before I send back? Thanks.

Hi @KatyE123 with Amazon, you need to be sure you purchased it from an authorized retailer. Often on Amazon, there is no warranty from Fitbit as the seller is not authorized. Did you get it "sold and shipped from Amazon" ? If so, you should be under warranty. If not, you might want to return it to Amazon for a refund and purchase it from an authorized retailer.

Thanks for your help. It was from Amazon but I have since spoken with Fitbit and they have arranged for a replacement so hoping the replacement is a good one!
