I have just charged my Versa. Actually, I started charging it at 9:30 ish this morning. Retrieved it at 2pm. When I put it on, it showed the time as 9:37. I thought it would synchronise and update the time. However, the screen went black. I am trying to find the battery indicator on my mobile in case the battery did not charge effectively, say due to a faulty cable or connection, but can not seem to find the battery indicator. Any suggestions

Hi there, @YK72. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.

Please restart your Versa 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

Additionally, would you mind confirming which Fitbit device you own? Is it the Versa 4 or Sense?
