My new versa4 is sitting in a blank screen, the button when pressed made it vibrate but noting showed up, it was placed on the charger for 30 mins before I tried again, my phone can’t find it, and trying to change the watch face did nothing

I'd suggest you restart your device as suggested here. In addition, please change the clock face.

Thank you for your input on this matter, but as I stated I tried both your suggestions to no avail. Is there any other suggestions available?

Best bet it to reach out to support and they’ll probably have to replace it if it’s less than a year old.

My Versa 4 did the same thing - that is the replacement they sent me. The first Versa 4 I bought in January stopped tracking exercise. They replaced that one and I got the same issue you were having. They replaced it again with a watch that does the same thing. I am getting a refund and will not buy Fitbit again. 😞
