My Fitbit versa4 is showing black screen though when pressed the button it vibrates but nothing can be seen not even the logo
Also it is not syncing with the mobile app

please contact support. try to charge it and see if it vibrates, if so its a screen/hardware issue.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi ....
Tried everything....but to no avail
It had switched on for some time and then tried to do factory reset.....that happened,updated the software and then again it went blank....
What to do.....
