My Fitbit versa 4 is having trouble restarting I have tried several times, and the screen is still blank. The device was not tracking exercise information like pace or distance, which led to the restarting of the device which did not solve the exercise info issue. After restarting the device again, the screen stayed blank. I have tried syncing the device on the Fitbit app but that has not worked. I have had the device under 12 months. Super important that this gets addressed. The device has enough battery charge.

same issue.   can get it functioning again if hook to power but then goes back to infinite resets.    was fine until yesterday.  Reset watch accidentally during walk.
now will not operate for more than hour or so.   goes into infinite reset.
did reset attached to power.  This did a  factory reset so I cleared watch from app and set it up again.  (it did firmware update and setup.) 
Still going into reset today.   plenty of battery
