I have a Versa 4 that has synced to my phone but there is no display… I can’t see the 4 digit code to put in my phone in order to get started…
When I hold the button down for 10 seconds the logo blanks about 6 times and then a big bright :cross_mark: flashes and that’s it, nothing…
HELP!!!

Hi @SunsetRunner - unless the watch has developed a persistent fault try holding the button for at least 10 seconds till the display blanks and you feel it vibrate then release the button and wait for the logo to appear and allow it to restart.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa4. I'd suggest removing your device from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone, then from within your Fitbit app. Then please restart your device by keeping it's side button pressed for around 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on it's display. After that please set up your Versa 4 from scratch following the instructions provided here:
