I have a new Versa4 and after a week the screen went black. It shows disconnected from the app and at the moment it started the issue battery was above 50%. I've tried online instructions to hard reset it with no success.
I charged it overnight to make sure it had enough battery. When I hold press the button, it produces a short vibration almost immediately and another one after about 8 seconds. After doing this 'simple' restart, screen remains black. No Fitbit logo appears.
I read how to do a hard reset by holding the button for three times. No logo appears at any point either and I cannot figure out how to solve this problem
