Hi,
Recently my wife and I got 2 new Versa4 as the replacement for Sense.
Mine on Android phone(Pixel7 Pro XL) works fine, after configuring Phone Apps notification list, Versa4 can received related notifications.
But for my Wife's iPhone15 Pro Max, on FitBit App it shows blank when switching to Notification-> App List.
As of now only Call/Text Message/Calendar related System notification can be received on her Versa4.
Already sourcing community's posts/instructions but still no luck, including Bluetooth on/off, unbind/rebind Versa4, uninstall/reinstall FitBit App, even performing Factory reset on her Versa4.
Please advise if any further steps we can try to solve this issue.

Hi @aseetw - this is a known quirk on iOS and because you will probably only see apps in the list that have pending notifications.

@aseetw This is known behavior in the iOS version. A source doesn't appear in your App notification list until after you receive a notification. I replaced my Fitbit several days ago. My list was blank, too. I am up to five sources that send me notifications.
