the watch works correctly. The face numbers/letters are very difficult to read. The brightness is gone.

Please check the brightness adjustment on your Versa 4. To do so, just swipe down from the clock face to see quick settings. In the lower right corner of those you find a button you can tap on to cycle through low, normal and bright display brightness.

Hi @KevinFX - when you pull down to see Quick Settings make sure all icons are off, because sleep mode will dim the display.
As for brightness you may or may not be able to adjust it, there seems to be a bug.
To verify the current setting go to watch Settings, Display and check brightness, adjusting it there may or may not work better.
