Hello there. I replaced my Versa 3 (hr monitor completely stopped working) with a Versa 4 less than 3 months ago. I really wish I had done some research first, but I've had Fitbits for over 9 years now and never had one as bad as this. Example: at 11:50 pm last night I had 1898 calories burned. This morning it has calories burned as 1716 for yesterday... It's so inaccurate and useless for me to track my nutrition and fitness. I've done ALL the things to get it to work properly (shut down, reinstall app, double check my personal stats, etc, etc) Has anyone had any luck getting this to work correctly? Calories burned, stairs, heart rate, etc etc never correct - very frustrating...
