Do not know why my clock face keeps changing, as per picture attached. To correct the issue, I need to restart my watch.
Can anyone help me, please?
Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Panoo!
Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Vers 4.
If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest changing the clock face to see if another one is working as it should. Here's how to do that:
How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
If the newly selected clock face is OK on your device, please switch back to the previous one to see if it is working properly now.

Yes, I changed the clock face, but now I can't find the face I was using? It's not showing on the list I have. Weird! Oh well, I'll try this new face for a bit.
Thank you for your reply!

You're welcome, @Panoo.
Thanks for reporting back. What's the name of the previous clock face you had selected on your device?

Hi Talahthas,
That's part of the problem, I can't remember the name. I really liked it though! I went through every clock face and I just can't find it now?

Hi Guy,
I live in Canada. I'm thinking the owner of the watch face must have deleted it? That's probably why it was always acting weird. But who knows?
Thanks for the information!
